RETURN POLICY
NOIRÉVE — EU LEGAL RETURN POLICY
(Valid for all EU countries, UK, and regions with similar consumer protection laws)
1. General
This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through noireve.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order — without giving any reason.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to physically return the item.
3. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition
-
Free from stains, odors, or wear

Returned with original packaging and tags
- The tag needs to be attached in case of a return
Noiréve reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Under EU regulations:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error by Noiréve (wrong or defective item).

Original shipping fees paid during checkout are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Return shipping fees are not reimbursed unless the return is caused by our mistake.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

Refunds are issued within 14 days

Refunds are made to the original payment method

Orders paid with gift cards will be refunded as gift card credit
We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or valid proof of return shipment.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will replace or refund the item after verification.
Not covered:

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by improper use

Color variations due to screen displays

Late reports or lack of photographic evidence
7. Non-Returnable Items (Allowed Under EU Law)
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Intimate / hygiene-sensitive items

Personalized or custom-made goods

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Items with packaging that cannot be restored for hygiene reasons
These exceptions comply with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
8. International Returns (Non-EU)
Returns from outside the EU are handled case by case.

9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order is already shipped, the withdrawal period (Section 2) applies.
